Mikolaï’s unique approach to exploring electronic music avoids trends and remains distinctly his own. His mixes range from minimal to maximal, always clear, precise, and adaptable to any setting.

His avant-garde vision of electronic music feeds the crowd with deep, resonant vibrations. For that reason, he has been touring clubs and festivals across Europe for the last 20 years. He heads up his own refined label, Picture Perfect Recordings, and expanded his vision further by launching an agency of the same name in 2023.

In December 2025, he released the Intergalactic Bass Line Remix of “Wanna Dance” by Francesca Lombardo on Echolette Echoe, adding a new milestone to his discography and reinforcing his signature musical identity.

Since October 2024, Mikolaï has been co-curator and head booker of music programming at Rūmu, a club dedicated to forward-thinking electronic culture, where he also holds a DJ residency.

With a natural instinct for mixing, Mikolaï has shared the stage with international and domestic talents such as Craig Richards, Prins Thomas, Misc, Oxia, Christian Smith, Ellen Allien, Kiki, Shinedoe, Dani Casarano, Dan Ghenacia, Ivan Smagghe, and more at renowned parties including Sisyphos, Special Nights at Club der Visionaere, Wilde Renate, and Griessmühle (Berlin); Wanderlust, Pin_Up, and Cithéa Nova (Paris); Ocean Beach and a residency at the infamous Sankeys (Ibiza); Half Baked, Damaged, Basing House, and Kubicle Party (London); as well as Ministerium, Harbour After, Carmo Rooftop, Bloom Fest at Hangar Meco, Bloom fest at lx factory, Backstage Marrakech, and of course Rūmu, where he plays regularly in Lisbon.

A true creative powerhouse, Mikolaï continues to shape and define the evolving sound of the underground scene.
