Mr.Bubble’s expressive one-man live act is a fusion of analogue and acoustic sounds that take his audience on a sublime sonic journey. As he works his way up through the tempos from a lazy 40 bpm bump to an energetic 140 bpm workout, he draws on dub, trip-hop, acid and psychedelic music to cast his spell.
Always looking to find the fascinating in-between sounds, Mr.Bubble takes inspiration from world music and jazz to cook up progressive and expressive sounds that build on his originals and incorporate a whole new improvised world of sound. On stage, he beatboxes and uses music-making toys and tools like loop-station, drum machines, spoken word fragments and synths to cook up his concoctions and is currently working on a second studio album while continuing to improvise with a range of collaborators.
