NOBISE COLLECTIVE

No Bise is a fresh and exciting collective of musicians, singers and rappers all living in Lisbon but with roots in France, Angola, Brazil and Zimbabwe as well as Portugal. This rich mix of backgrounds comes out in their music, which is a cultured collision of jazz, hip-hop, Afro and neo-soul.

Though drawn from the rich histories of those genres, No Bise also brings their own contemporary energy with drums, synths, bass guitars, singers and percussion all intertwining perfectly. Their seductive vocals and deep-cut grooves make an impact on the head, heel and heart in equal measure. They have played standout shows at places like Sound of Lisbon and never fail to bring the heat.
